Data deletion instructions

A clear contact path to ask about personal information, account access and deletion.

No login is required. Use the email request process below. The public website does not currently operate a Meta-connected customer service.

Request deletion or access

You can request the deletion of personal information Siyag AI may hold about you, including early-access correspondence. Email [email protected] with the subject “Siyag AI — Data Deletion Request”.

Provide the email address used to contact us, and—if you are referring to a future connected account—the organization or Meta asset name needed to identify the relevant records. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents unless we securely request specific proof.

How we handle your request

  1. We review your request and determine whether we hold the relevant information.
  2. We may request reasonable verification to protect against deleting or disclosing someone else’s data.
  3. We delete or anonymize applicable records in line with law and platform obligations, except information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
  4. We respond to the contact address you provided and explain the outcome, where appropriate.

Requests are handled according to applicable law; this website does not promise an unsupported fixed processing deadline.

Disconnecting future Meta connections

Siyag AI’s Meta-connected service is not publicly active. If it launches, you should be able to revoke the app’s permissions through the relevant Meta settings. Revoking access stops future permitted access, but does not necessarily delete information already retained by the SaaS. For stored-data deletion, also use the email request above.

No login required to request deletion

Anyone may use the email-based request process without signing in to Siyag AI. We do not require Facebook or Instagram passwords to handle deletion requests.

Important launch note

This is a human-readable deletion instructions page, not a working automated data-deletion callback endpoint. If the selected Meta app configuration requires a technical callback, it must be implemented and verified separately before that functionality is launched.
