Understand the intent
Go beyond keyword matches with Arabic-aware classification for questions, complaints, spam, sentiment and context.
Meet Siyag AI — a moderation and engagement platform being designed for Arabic conversations across Facebook and Instagram. Understand intent, protect communities, and make sure the right message reaches the right person.
From first comment to the right next action: practical tools for teams managing fast-moving communities.
Go beyond keyword matches with Arabic-aware classification for questions, complaints, spam, sentiment and context.
Design asset-specific rules for hiding, public replies and eligible private replies, with clear controls and review thresholds.
Move cases that need judgment or a personal answer into a native agent queue, without depending on another helpdesk.
No per-customer developer apps are planned. The intended connection experience uses an app owned by Siyag AI, with each customer authorizing their own eligible Meta assets.
Authorize supported Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts using Meta’s official sign-in and permission flow.
Choose response languages, moderation thresholds, supported actions, escalation conditions and brand voice.
Review what the system recommends, let approved automations run, and hand nuanced cases to your team.
Egyptian slang, regional dialects, Arabizi, mixed-language comments and indirect complaints all carry meaning. Siyag AI is being designed to recognize that meaning before taking action.
Safety should be intentional, understandable and constrained by the permissions the customer actually grants.
Siyag AI is in development. These are planned product principles, not a claim of currently implemented integrations or Meta approval.
The planned integration uses Meta sign-in and authorized assets, never a request for your Facebook or Instagram password.
Each workspace and connected account will have its own moderation criteria and reply preferences.
Sensitive, uncertain or unsupported cases can be escalated instead of receiving an automatic response.
The planned platform distinguishes AI recommendations, attempted actions and confirmed results.
Not yet. This is a pre-launch website introducing the planned service. You can contact us to express interest and receive updates.
The intended approach is a single provider-owned Meta app. Customers would authorize their eligible Pages and accounts through an approved Meta sign-in flow. The exact experience depends on Meta review and permissions.
That is the planned scope. Reading comments, hiding, public replies and private replies will be offered only where Meta permissions, policies and account eligibility allow.
Egyptian Arabic is a first-class design target, alongside Modern Standard Arabic, other regional dialects, Arabizi and mixed-language comments. Model performance will be evaluated before automation is released.
No. Siyag AI is an independent product concept and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or currently approved by Meta.
